Using Midjourney for the first time made me feel like it was possible to bring any idea to life. All I had to do was imagine, and put those ideas into words. I’m still not over how magical it feels to have this tool at my fingertips.

In the years since, Midjourney has inspired me creatively well beyond the scope of just AI-generated images. It has inspired me to draw, to paint, to collage, to look up and around for inspiration at billboards and fashion collections and skincare packaging and everything in between.

Midjourney was accessible enough of a tool that it helped me get over the initial hump of “just getting started.” Once I got started, that momentum continued naturally into a regular creative practice. And I have found through regular creative practice, you start to see the world as full of opportunities to be inspired, to make, and to create. All you have to do is imagine.
